The Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner contains Jeju green tea extract and anti-sebum ingredients that soothe the skin and regulate sebum production. The liquid consistency is absorbed particularly quickly into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. This allows the active ingredients to penetrate particularly deeply into the skin.
